Climate Ninjas
Up2You offers courses on sustainability for new employees. I got the brief to design a certificate for those who are able to complete the first course. I took the brief even further, and, following a brainstorming session with the team, I designed 6 Climate Ninjas levels: as the karate belts, they offer a roadmap for continuous learning. The colors help distinguish the different levels of knowledge, from the easiest “Eco-Buddy” to the impossible “Climate Prof”. I created stickers and pins for our internal team, to engage them while they learn more about environmental sustainability everyday.
