Falken

Falken, a leading global tyre brand and part of the Sumitomo group, sought to strengthen its presence in the Italian market through a B2B app for tyre dealers. The goal was to boost sales, improve communication, build loyalty among dealers, and enhance brand awareness by creating an engaging platform tailored to their needs. I designed the user interface, working closely with UX team to solve various issues.
The app improved visibility and usability for tyre dealers, allowing them to track purchases and rewards more effectively.
